Pascua Yaqui Tribe WWWC 12 takes place at the Casino Del Sol resort. Due to reservation laws, there is a zero-tolerance policy on weapons including but not limited to projectile weapons that rely on explosives to fire, swords, axes, and large knives. All blades must be smaller than 4 inches* in length. This rule also applies to weapons stored in your room and/or car. 

Due to reservation laws, there is a zero-tolerance policy in place on marijuana (medical or recreational) including but not limited to any paraphernalia, vape pens, flower, extracts, etc. This rule also applies to items stored in your car/room.

* Longer blades/swords may be permitted for sale with specific conditions, we can not confirm that yet -- we are investigating this as we want to have clear and specific criteria. We never want anyone to get in trouble!

Sponsorships and Vendor space purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please contact us if an issue that may prevent you from attending and we will work with you to find the best solution we can.

Specific booth spaces are requests and are not guaranteed, we reserve the right to change placement to meet company needs but will never give you a smaller booth than you paid for.

Fee: the $50 fee for sponsorships that include booths covers your PY Peddler's License fee, you must submit the correct paperwork to us and we will use this fee to pay for your license. $50 is the exact fee paid to the tribe with no mark-up.
